Shri. Baby Thomas, an engineer by profession, was with Hindustan Organic Chemicals, a Central Government Public sector enterprise as General Manager, retired. His wife, Smt Agnes Alice VP, belongs to Vazhakoottathil family of Thevara and is Manager at SBI, Kalamassery.
Shri Baby Thomas was also the Secretary General of the NCOA (National Confederation of Officers' Associations), a representative body of the executives in central public sector enterprises at all India level for long time. He is presently the National adviser of NCOA (National Confederation of Officers' Associations in Central public sector undertakings) and AIPCOC (All India Public sector and central government officers confederation). He is also a lead auditor of ISO Quality management systems , associated with Beauro Veritas Quality International. He also runs a branded preschool at Kalamassery under the brand Little Millennium.
