Shri. Baby Thomas
Shri. Baby Thomas, an engineer by profession, was with Hindustan Organic Chemicals, a Central Government Public sector enterprise as General Manager, retired. His wife, Smt Agnes Alice VP, belongs to Vazhakoottathil family of Thevara and is Manager at SBI, Kalamassery.
Shri Baby Thomas was also the Secretary General of the NCOA (National Confederation of Officers' Associations), a representative body of the executives in central public sector enterprises at all India level for long time. He is presently the National adviser of NCOA (National Confederation of Officers' Associations in Central public sector undertakings) and AIPCOC (All India Public sector and central government officers confederation).
He is also a lead auditor of ISO Quality management systems , associated with Beauro Veritas Quality International. He also runs a branded preschool at Kalamassery under the brand Little Millennium.
Prior to Joining HOCL he was with Department of Atomic Energy for ten years at its various research and manufacturing units in the field of research and development.

Shri. Baby Thomas is also very active in community and international activities of Rotary International and few more. He is the past president of Rotary Club of Cochin Queen city and has served Rotary International. District 3201 in various capacities such as District Director, District Chair, Zonal Chair, Regional Chair etc.
He has visited many Asian , European and Gulf countries on business and organizational requirements.

Early life and education
Born in Kunnumkal family of Shertallay to Late K.V. Thomas and Mariamma Thomas. Primary education at various schools at Charthala and secondary at Govt. HS Charthala. Graduation at NSS Colloege, Charthala. Further studies at BARC School and MS university Baroda. Wife , Agnes Alice VP, a post graduate in Chemistry and Manager at SBT Kalamassery at present. Baby Thomas is a graduate in science from the University of Kerala, he is presently working with Hindustan Organic Chemicals (HOC), a PSE under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers as General Manager.Prior to Joining HOCL he was with Department of Atomic Energy for ten years at its various research and manufacturing units in the field of research and development.

Public Services
He is very active in social and community forums. For more than twenty five years he is working with an NGO CAPS (Center for Advanced Projects and Solutions). A CAP is an organization which is engaged in AIDS prevention and community health under the control of National Aids Control Society. He is one of the Directors and the Hon. Secretary of this NGO.Shri. Baby Thomas is also very active in community and international activities of Rotary International and few more.
